The Cinema's need to pay extra for the prints and the ability to show them, the studio's are trying to make Cinema's pay the charge for the glasses which isn't really fair to my eyes. What gives? Yes I know what you mean about offering a 2D screening but it would be commercial suicide to do that as at the moment you are in a minority as preferring 2D, and there are so many other films they can put in their 2D screens. Cineworld probably hate me though, as I never buy anything from the concessions, as they're so overpriced! I have the non West End card and it's great.
