m. Flats is a brand new apartment building that has fine amenities, friendly staff, and new furnishings! Located conveniently near Downtown Bentonville, Arkansas and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. The building as a whole is quiet and we are so lucky to have nice and respectful neighbors. So full of amenities, it feels like your own private club. However, maintenance isn't great on the HVAC units at all and there seems to be electrical issues as well. Slip-on style.
