Brilliant cinema, very comfortable, great staff. As i said above the cinema is great, and i would reccomend it but don’t expect the best service. Noted for its comfortable seats, and convenient too for dining at the many varied restaurants surrounding. LOVE that this cinema is showing feel good...
Have been to imax at Bluewater loads of times but the X Plus screen is newish so wanted to try it. I would recommend it. First of all parking is plentiful but Bluwater gets busy on a Saturday so leave plenty of time, parking is free. The seats go back just enough and only a few extra £££ to upgrade to them. I haven’t been to see anything in almost a year :O, It’s a really impressive cinema, I’d definitely recommend a trip there! Watched the new avengers film in the 2D reclining cinema...yes, you have to pay a little extra BUT IT IS SO WORTH IT!! With 4 brand new screens offering fully reclining seats, Dolby Atmos sound and laser projection as standard, and an immersive wall to wall XPlus screen, Showcase Cinema de Lux is the ultimate cinema experience. Even with the recliner fully out, people can still walk pass. The one thing that lets this place down is the customer service. Went to the cinema with my teenage daughter. LOVE that this cinema is showing feel good... I can't wait to find my next film to watch just for these seats alone! Expensive popcorn and drinks which is to be expected. The seats was so comfortable and lots of leg room. , I have but not this one just yet. The toilets were clean but had run out of loo paper and soap by 5pm which was not very hygienic.
