But here, Chan Hyuk is now blithely open about his feelings for Eun Hee, while keeping things kinda casual, but almost romantic, and it’s quite amusing, because it makes Eun Hee kind of uncomfortable, but she also clearly likes it. Eun Joo saying that she doesn’t think she can simply continue to act the same way with her family, now that she knows about her biological father, is an uncomfortable truth. Our parent-child relationships do experience varying measures of healing and restoration over the course of our story, and I found it all very thought-provoking and poignant.
