Loads of bargains to be had on matalan website and can even use topcashback as well. Even suggested I cancel my order which I would do if I wasn't going away in a few days! I must give them my email address, as I've never had an offers or vouchers. Up to 5 days delivery which I didn't discover until after I'd paid. Poor salary, not treated like a proper employee. I purchased an item on Monday and paid £4.99 for Next Day delivery. 4 seperate occasions, via phone call and email I was told I would be refunded my next day delivery of £4.99 after not receiving my parcel until 14 days after I placed the order, down to their ridiculous customer services. Would give zero if I could. Faulty poor quality no refund.
The upshot is that I won't be buying anything from this store again.

customer service advised i should go to the store to have it removed!!!! I visit matalan once a month and spend about 150 to 200 I turned up today .I chose 3pairs of trousers and 4shirts only to be told that there was sale on and I could not try my clothes on .I could not believe my ears I do not buy anything unless I try it on.Sorry matalan you lost my sale and my custom .the customer comes first matalan draft in more staff if you feel you can't cope. I had such poor customer aftercare after having faulty parts; screws break and wood splits and have not been contacted by a manager after numerous requests. Whenever I am looking for a comfy jumper, stuff to take on holiday, anything for my house, I always look to Matalan first!
