I shouldn't have to chase a company for my money back when they cancel my order.So (1) my order was out of stock but they still allowed me to purchase it (2) contacted me to say that all items were dispatched (3) "cancelled" half my order without making me aware (3) supposedly attempted to refund me which failed (5) didn't contact me or try to refund again (6) left it for 20 days until I contacted them, Having a terrible cried today with the stress this company is causing me said my order would be refunded in 3 to 5 days no refund anyway rang store today said my order had arrived went into store had the items refused to give them said I had got a refund had me checking my bank details in store which was dangerous never have I experienced such cruelty had to walk from work 2 miles to store for nothing I cried with pain the way I am treated hope to get help with the consumer affairs will take it further as being messed around since Ist of September and still no refund or order ordered this week from a uk online company had my order in 3 days collected it today I just had to walkOut of store as people would see me crying with the terrible cruelty I received from a staff manger and staff I just hope nobody experience anything like what I went through today it’s a disgrace of a company but I will get help with this issue how anyone would employ these people have the no heart with the terrible virus and everything. I ordered online and items were 'dispatched' on the 8th September, 3 of 6 products turned up which I thought was fine as the dispatch email said it would arrive in 2 separate boxes.I waited 20 days and nothing else showed up, the tracking still showing that it was still 'in transit'.
