There were a couple of things I would have bought, but it was just too much trouble to get their attention. I have lived in Pasadena for 6 1/2 years and this was my first visit to this store. Maybe that's how they want to prevent any return possible.
Never no matter how cute an outfit is DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE. Both your website and Yelp account state you are OPEN, yet the last two days your doors have been closed to the public. Very bad customer service, they made me to wait in a line of 30 people outside of the store for returning one item. The girl that helped us at the register was very friendly but also very slow and the line was piling up quickly. Great over the phone customer service compared to the Century City location. Date visited: 9/22/20 1:10 PM. Zara's business hour is currently 12-5pm. The only bad things I have to say is one, I waited in line for 20 minutes and there were only two people ahead of me.
