Great venue with a good choice of snacks and drinks.Particularly liked the glass of mulled wine before show.Great sound system and picture.Probably would advise against booking front row seats in screen 1,they are just to close.As was noticeable last night as they were all empty.Quite a small lobby with just a small seating booth,so standing room only really while waiting in reception area with drinks etc.We go there regularly and the restaurant across the road you can get a ticket and meal deal.Would recommend this venue to see any film. We've seen lots of films over the years & are Saturday Morning Movie regulars (when they're on) plus the new releases. It's small but perfectly formed. The Picture House, film-themed restaurant, has plenty of space to host your reception, catering for all budgets from a simple cream tea to a 3-course meal. Whilst having my car repaired in Uckfield this morning, I decided to go to the cinema to pass the time, it was my first visit to the Picture House. I hope more people realise that it is open again & come & support them by attending films.
Admire the region’s characterful scenery as you go, and enjoy tours, talks, and tastings at two local wineries. This is the first time (31st July 2020) that the cinema has been able to open since the Covid 19 shutdown. Nice comfortable cinema and not too big with separate screen areas.

Always amazing movies, and great popcorn! But people should beware that the nearer seats are all problematic as for such a wide screen your head is permanently on the move! Sorry, there are no tours or activities available to book online for the date(s) you selected.
