The collection points outside were not operational.At twenty to 12 the cinema was still not open so I went to the ticket office and was given my ticket and told to go through Costa to the back where the stairs are.I thought I had missed something in the confirmation email or cinema information but there was nothing!Cinema clean, excellent seats good temperature, A relaxing few hours spent watching Mission Impossible Rogue Nation.
