The popcorn is always freshly popped and delicious! We stood outside the ticket counter for a half hour waiting for specific seats to open up. Everything was smooth as silk.

The only gripe I have was that the tint in the 3D glasses were a little dark but not a big deal. I have not gone to this theatre in a long while and now I remember why....customer service people look like they hate their jobs, people inside the theatre that we sat next to were rude...kept talking during the movie and then moved there kids to be in row in front of them so. Keep it up Palladio! I came here to see Black Panther in hopes it would be as good as the previous had shown...I had arrive several minutes early being that the movie has been in theater for a while it was not very full. It's not far...unless it's raining!

The theater is located at the Palladio in Folsom, CA, so it is in a very nice and safe area. This is definitely one of my favorite theaters in the area. The staff were friendly and I love how you can choose were you want to sit in the theater!We sat in the E section which gave us a great view of the screen!
