Over the years I have dipped in and out, listening to tracks through out my Univeristy and work life. The extra's are incredible, love the cd with complete alternate versions and the new Live cd too. My original vinyl is not too bad, there are sections with surface noise but also has some quiet sections as well. This recording is good for the most part. As a person who was not a huge fan of Tusk however still a FM fanatic.....the 5.1 Surround Sound version of the album is stunning and has changed my opinion of the album; the vocal arrangements, the more gentle approaches to some of the songs and the surprises! Firsly make sure you buy the remastered full version.
In my 20s I certainly found nothing in Rachmaninov's piano concertos on first listening but - WOWW!! !Thanks to the reviews of Amazon I was prompted to by Tusk and try again, especially as I love all other Fleetwood Mac CDs. when after listening once I could find nothing in it. The tracks that were recorded at Lindsay's home are not good being too in your face with the upper end and not much depth.
I now own all their albums since Rumors - except Tusk.

Not too bad for a record that is over 3 decades in age. I had previously only heard what are probably the most well known tracks, Sara and Tusk. How could I not give it five stars?
