Think what, I had returned my decal when I moved out, while they just insisted that they did not receive it and would not view the…, This' place sucks. We are disappointed to hear your experience here has been short of awesome. The pool is pretty much the only redeeming quality I can find at this property.
The rent price is affordable, but the most attractive thing is not the price.

Although the apartments are spacious and the location is great, Roseland's management style leaves a lot to be desired. It is a great place to live. The only…, I have two separate stints at Crystal House, with the first one being in the early 2000's, so when I moved back to the area, I wanted to return since it was renovated. They are going to begin construction on a third building this year, so I imagine the noise issues will only get worse. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade. This community has been the best I ever lived. We are so happy to know you are enjoying your home here and all the great features and amenities we offer our residents. While the worst seems to be over (the washer/dryer install has been completed so at least we don't have contractors constantly coming in and out of our apartment anymore), there is still a lot of work being done.
