I was just there yesterday for “The Iceman Cometh”.

Opened as the Majestic Theater in 1904, the venue was renovated by BAM in 1987. Known for its innovative programming, original shows, and enthralling performances, Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) has been a mainstay of both global and local communities for more than 150 years. The location of the cinema screen downstage of the fire curtain allows rigging and production work in the flytower to be done without having to fully strike the screen. It is odd that the marquee is empty in first definitely 1939 image, but ver full in the second image.
